Annual Diabetes Super Conference

For 40 years, the DFM has offered an annual patient-education meeting for patients and their families. Past Super Conferences have featured nationally renowned diabetes experts, including former U.S. Surgeon General Rear Admiral Kenneth Moritsugu, MD, MPH, and Nicole Johnson, Miss America 1999.

The meetings feature everything from diabetes vendors, cooking demonstrations, the latest news on diabetes research and a session on insulin-pump therapy to a daylong session of activities for children with diabetes.*
