The Diabetes Foundation of Mississippi has worked with the Department of Public Safety to make sure our drivers are safe when they are on the road. Drivers with diabetes have the opportunity to get a driver's license and/or a license plate indicating that they have diabetes.

The Diabetes Foundation of Mississippi actively seeks to provide diabetes education to high-risk populations (senior citizens, African Americans, Hispanics/Latinos, Asian Americans, and Native Americans) and offers blood glucose screenings throughout the state. Call the Foundation
